Saturday game in Toronto + New Pre-Gens

The above picture is the inspirations for my current campaign; all the major influences and stolen bits and pieces that make up the unnamed world our heroes are currently exploring. It's set with the heroes landing at a coastal city (Vornheim) as refugees, trying to earn enough cash to survive (Not unlike Dragon Age II). The political structure of the world, and atmosphere is filled with Sorcerer-Queens and off-type depictions of the standard fantasy races (a la Dark Sun). Also, there are, y'know...(Eberron). Also, my DMing style is similar to Chris Perkins from the Penny Arcade there's that.

It's a bit of a hodge podge, but it's proving to be fun so far.

My favourite thing about the world is how Humans are no longer the dominant race. Elves and Dwarves have taken over, and the general opinion of humans is that they're only good for manual labour and being house-slaves.

Anyway, the first session went well. It was a small turn out, but the players took it in stride.

Here are the pre-gens I made up for the day. I think they're some of the better ones I've made, character concept wise. Let me know what you think in comments.
*Also, Episodes 4 & 5 of D&D Encounters will most likely appear as blog-post recaps, as neither episodes was able to be filmed. There'll be a video component, but the bulk of it will be a blog post, coming online soon.

*Episode 6 will be filmed/edited in full. Up soon.
